How do children learn about categories of animals?
In this study, we explore how children ages 3-5 learn about categories of animals. Children must be no younger than 3 years old, no older than 5 years old, and be able to speak and understand English to participate.
This study looks at how children categorize animals by playing a sorting game with a set of animal cards.
This study takes place in-person at our lab on the Brown University Campus at 190 Thayer St., Providence, Rhode Island. We will provide FREE PARKING if you let us know in advance that you will be driving.
After the study, your child will each receive a small prize for participating in our study.
